It’s been 27 years since Abbie first qualified as a beauty industry professional. Starting her career in a High Street salon, she fell in love with the art of makeup and holistic therapies. In 2002, she gained a Diploma in Reflexology before joining the world renowned “Mandara spa” on board the Norwegian dream, specialising as the “facialist” where she travelled the world.
In 2012, Abbie enrolled in the advanced training of maternity reflexology under the amazing tuition of midwife and author Susanne Enzor. After years of practice this was the next level to progress this powerful treatment and it has completely changed and advanced her techniques.
It was after having her two beautiful children that Abbie continued to develop her passions…training at the Academy of Freelance Makeup (AOFM.) Over the last 10 years, She has continued to work backstage at Milan and London fashion weeks as well as being a member of the “Jessica Hands on Team” using her skills on various fashion campaigns and press launches.
Abbie has trained in the intimate waxing techniques of the globally recognised Kim lawless, one of the most respected hair removal experts in the industry. She has been a regular volunteer for “look good feel better” charity and believes “It is really important for her to give something back to the community from our industry” She is extremely passionate about industry standards, using Navy protools in her practice to ensure the best quality for her clients.
