Your full £195 is added to your account each month as credit to spend on treatments or homecare products—so nothing is wasted.

What exactly am I paying for each month?
Your £195 monthly payment is added directly to your account as credit to spend on treatments or skincare products.
So you’re not paying a fee you’re simply setting aside a monthly skin fund, with exclusive discounts built in.
What if I don’t use my full credit in a month?
No problem at all, any unused credit rolls over to the following month.There’s no pressure to rush or “use it or lose it.”
Is there a minimum term?
No minimum term however, The Skin Plan works best when you stay consistent over time.
Can I use my credit on anything?
Yes, your credit can be used on any treatments or skincare products.
It’s completely flexible and designed to fit around your skin needs.
Do I still get the discount if I use my credit?
Yes, you get your 20% off treatments and 10% off productson top of using your credit.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel with 30 day notice period.

Why did you create The Skin Plan?
Because so many of my clients are already investing in their skin regularly and with everything increasing in price, I wanted to create something that genuinely gives back.
This makes it easier to stay consistent, while rewarding you for it at the same time.
The Skin Plan is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Skin Plan has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Skin Plan is not valid until the first payment has been received and successfully processed.
Sophia Wyatt Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
The Skin Plan Membership
The Skin Plan is only valid at Sophia Wyatt Skin Specialist.
Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the named client.
Proof of identity may be required before use.
Membership benefits, inclusions, and pricing may be updated at any time without notice.
Membership is valid for a 12-month period unless cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.
Payments & Credit
The Skin Care Plan costs £195 per month, payable by standing order.
Payments must be set up on 1st day of each month.
By joining, you agree to maintain an active monthly standing order.
Your membership begins once your first payment has been received.
Each monthly payment is added to your account as credit, which can be used on treatments or skincare products.
Any unused credit will roll over to the following month.
Payments are non-refundable.
Discounts & Usage
Discounts are only available to the named Skin Care Plan Client.
Members receive:
20% off treatments
10% off skincare products
Discounts apply to full-priced treatments and products only.
Discounts do not apply to special promotions unless stated.
Discounts do not apply to treatments carried out by third parties.
Discounts do not apply to gift vouchers.
Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you will be contacted via phone, SMS, or email.
A £20 administration fee will be charged for each failed payment.
If a Standing Order is cancelled without notice, a £20 administration fee will apply.
If payment remains outstanding for 14 days, we reserve the right to recover the full outstanding balance using your saved payment card.
Using Your Credit
If the cost of your treatment exceeds your available credit, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of your appointment.
Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Credit may be used to purchase treatments or vouchers for others.
Appointments & Treatments
All treatments are subject to availability. Advanced booking is recommended.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment on medical or professional grounds.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full cost being deducted from your account credit.
Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel your membership within 14 days of joining.
If any treatments or services have been used within this period, you will be charged the full standard price for those services.
Cancellation Policy

Your membership will continue during the notice period.
You will receive confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
Any remaining account credit is non-refundable, but can still be used for treatments or products.
Once your membership ends, discounts will no longer apply.
General Terms
Membership is available to clients aged 18 and over.
A valid email address is required for communication.
Sophia Wyatt Skin Specialist may send updates, offers, or information relating to your membership via email, SMS, or messaging platforms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw The Skin Care Plan at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
Membership may be suspended or cancelled if these Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.
Legal
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The Skin Plan is designed to reward consistency, support long-term results, and give added value to clients who prioritise their skin.
