… So, I’ll be completely honest – I was quite sceptical about taking a collagen supplement.
As a skin specialist, I’m very aware of how many products promise dramatic results without much evidence behind them. Research into oral collagen is still developing, and I would never recommend something to my clients simply because it is fashionable or has clever marketing.
However, after so many clients recommend it, researching the different products available, ELAVATE caught my attention because it contains so much more than a basic collagen powder. I decided the only way to form a genuine opinion was to try it consistently myself.
My experience after three months
I’ve now been taking ELAVATE every night for around three months. I mix the chocolate flavour with warm milk and use the little frother to make it into a lovely hot chocolate before bed.
Most importantly, it has been easy to stick with because I genuinely enjoy drinking it.
After taking it consistently, I began to feel less bloated and my joints felt less stiff, less creaky and more flexible. then I gradually noticed a huge improvement in the appearance and condition of my skin, hair and nails. My skin feels more hydrated, plumper and I have a dewy glow, my hair has more shine, and my scalp is less dry and flakey and is growing like crazy. My nails used to flake and peel and cuticles were always dry and I’d constantly get hang nails, now they feel healthier and I’ve also noticed a positive difference in how my gut feels.

Of course, everyone is different and I can only share my own experience. No supplement can replace a healthy, balanced diet, good skincare or appropriate medical advice—but I’ve been impressed enough by my results to continue taking ELAVATE and recommend it to clients who ask me about collagen.
What makes ELAVATE different?
ELAVATE is a Multi Collagen Superblend rather than a single-ingredient collagen powder.
Each full serving contains 8,090mg of hydrolysed collagen, combining:
- 7,900mg bovine collagen
- 150mg marine collagen
- 40mg Type II chicken collagen
It also contains a selection of additional ingredients that interested me when I compared it with other products:
Liposomal vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin, bones and cartilage. It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
ELAVATE contains 300mg of vitamin C in a liposomal form, which is designed to improve its delivery and absorption.
Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the skin and connective tissues and is well known in professional skincare for its ability to attract and retain moisture.
ELAVATE contains 120mg per full serving.
Biotin and zinc
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, while zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.
Vitamins D3, K2 and B12
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function, while vitamin K contributes to normal bones and blood clotting.
Vitamin B12 supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue.
Probiotic cultures
The formula also includes Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium animalis. These additional cultures were another reason ELAVATE stood out to me when I was researching different collagen products.

It tastes like a treat
One of the biggest challenges with any supplement is remembering to take it consistently. I think ELAVATE has worked well for me because it has become part of my evening routine rather than another tablet or chore.
The chocolate flavour makes a lovely warm drink, but ELAVATE is also available in vanilla and unflavoured varieties. It can be added to milk, coffee, smoothies, yoghurt or another drink of your choice.

My honest verdict
I started taking ELAVATE as a sceptic, but three months of consistent use has genuinely changed my opinion.
I love the taste, the comprehensive combination of ingredients and, most importantly, the improvements I have personally noticed in my skin, hair, nails and gut.
I wouldn’t recommend something simply because I had been given a referral code. I’m sharing ELAVATE because it is a product I already take, pay for and intend to continue using.
