Thank you for booking with me, you should receive an email to confirm the appointment, if there is any problem we will contact asap.
Before your treatment I request all clients read and adhere to the following guidelines:
All consultations, sensitivity patch tests and review appointments will need to be performed in person in my treatment room, an appointment will be required and these protocol will be followed
- A covid questionnaire link will be sent to you via email or SMS before every treatment. Please ensure you complete this form prior to your appointment.
- If you have any symptoms of a cold or flu eg aches/congestion/sore throat/ cough, or if you have been in contact with someone who has confirmed or suspected COVId19 you must reschedule your appointment to a later date. You can reschedule appointments online by clicking the link in your confirmation email, or feel free to contact me. I am relying on my clients to ensure I can continue working safely. If I am exposed to COVid19 I will also be forced to close until I have been tested or am symptom free.
NHS Covid Pass
You will be required to show a COVID pass when you arrive for all appointments. You will be able to obtain your COVID pass via the NHS App or the NHS COVID Pass Service and we accept both digital and paper versions. For more information on COVID passes please follow this link. When You Arrive
- Please wait in your car (park directly outside my address or on my drive) message me to let me know you have arrived, I will come out to you get you and bring you in.
- Please attend your appointment alone unless prior consent has been granted for an additional person to accompany you has been granted.
- Please use the bathroom where possible before your treatment.
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to my treatment room and as you exit.
- I will be wearing full PPE (personal protective equipment) throughout your treatment, I will require you to wear a face mask where possible. Face masks will be provided but please feel to bring your own if you would prefer.
- Please only bring essential personal belongings into your appointment eg car keys, purse, mobile phone. All personal belongings will be placed into a plastic bag on entry.
- Please use electronic payment methods where possible. I can accept bank transfer, card payments including Amex and Mobile phone contactless payments eg ApplePay, SamsungPay
What I am doing to ensure all of our safety:
I am a qualified cosmetic and medical tattooist, to adhere to my Guildford Borough Council Enviromental Health Licence my hygiene processes must be of medical standard. These includes:
- Ensuring all walls, floors and surfaces are washable.
- All tools are single use or sterilised after every treatment
- Registered contaminated waste disposal
- Hand washing facilities are within the treatment room
- Full PPE is worn
- All surfaces, equipment and tools are cleaned down or replaced after every treatment.
- Disposable hand towels for hand drying
I have completed COVid 19 specific online certificated courses
- In addition to the Client Guidelines (above) I have also increased my PPE to include full face protectors and full sleeved gowns.
- I have added hand sanitiser dispenser next to my treatment room door and in the toilet.
- I already run a paperless booking and diary system and digital consultation and treatment authorisation forms, but ask that these forms are now completed by the client prior to their visit.
- To minimise surface contact and cross contamination I use “Alexa” and “Siri” my office space has been relocated to my house.
